VIOLATIONS
Violations of the YAC program at any phase will result
in an immediate team case review and Court overview. Violations of
any of the YAC policies could result in a period of confinement at
the discretion of the YAC Judge. If the defendant violates the terms
of the program, the defendant could be removed from the program under
any phase and set for sentencing on the pled charge. The defendant
in Phases I and II are still pending a bond. Therefore, in the event
of a violation of the program polices, the defendant could be placed
in Corrections under a bond modification. The defendant could be charged
with escape in the event they walk away from the official place of
detention under Phases I and II. The defendant could be charged with
violation of probation under Phase III.
